This package tour in this online brochure is operated by Mr. Haydar Tok, Tuzla Mah. 535 sok. No. 12/9, 48300 Fethiye, Turkey. The attention of the tour participant is drawn to the conditions below which constitute the contract between the tour participant or charterer and Wellness Cruising.

Administration:

There is a reservation charge fee of 50 EUR per person for cabin charter and 300 EUR for sole chartering which is in the price. An entire booking that is changes is considered a cancellation, and could be subject to cancellation fees. That includes any change with the yachting portion of the trip. Cancellation fees are agreed to be liquidated damages and not a penalty.

Bookings and Payments:

Please contact us to make a reservation to insure your booking. You must pay 30 % for each person and each tour booked or in case of sole chartering also 30 % deposit required, which should be forwarded to us immediately, reaching us no later than 7 working days after the booking was made to insure that your booking is not cancelled. Balance of the payment less the deposit prepaid has to be paid on arrival to the boat. Personal cheques are not accepted, but TRAVELERS CHEQUES fully recommended for safety. In addition to the above mentioned you also have the possibility to pay the balance in cash. Easy to draw money from cashpoints and banks in Turkey.

Conditions of Cancellation:

In case of cancellation participant or charterer must notice Wellness Cruising in writing. For more than 90 days of notice to departure, administration fee and 50 % of deposit will be payable for cancellation. No refund for cancellation notice for less than 90 day.

Disclosure notice:

Wellness Cruising cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sicknesses, strike, war or quarantine, or other causes. The prices of the tours were based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect at time of this update printing (May 2007) and are subject to adjustment in the event of any change therein. Any action or proceeding arising out of any dispute with respect to these tour or this arrangement shall be brought in State court in Turkey. You hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such court in connection with any such action or proceeding. We will be taking responsibility during stay on the boat. All written complains must be submitted to Wellness Cruising. within 30 days from the return date of the person to his or her domicile.

Wellness Cruising. reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a tour passenger should such a persons health or mental condition or physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights or welfare or enjoyment of other tour passengers in the sole discretion of Wellness Cruising.
